Which Dexter relationship do you wish the show had continue to explore and develop?

Dexter/Lumen, but only if Lumen were a lot more messed up. Just deciding that she's magically cured and can go back to Iowa was BORING!
What if she were still angry at all men and decided to kill Dexter someday, after stringing him along for a while? He could have a mortal danger right under his nose and not know it. The writers are being too shy about showing truly frakked up warped-ness and evil. With a show like this, you gotta be willing to go to the edge of the cliff and right over.

Dexter/Lumen. I think seeing where that could go would be interesting. I think, like Temis said, her hatred towards men in general would have been more intense and it would have eventually been directed towards Dexter. Plus, Dexter loved her--really loved her, perhaps even more than Rita--because Lumen knew who he really was. It would be nice to see Dexter truly be himself with her for a bit longer, especially when that's contrasted with his fake, social persona.
Lila was a plot device (and far too obvious of one). Killing Rita seemed like a good idea at the time, but they haven't nearly capitalized on it like I thought they would, and it's cheap to kill a character just to shake things up without any real plan or goal behind it to improve the show.
