And then Batman gets involved to take care of the Daleks. The Daleks for some reason mention Martha Jones, and then Batman turn psychotic screaming "WHY ARE YOU SAYING THAT NAME?" and defeats the Daleks.
Bet you thought I was going to make the joke about him needing time to prepare. But mentioning the name Martha trumps preparation time. BVS may have been a shitty movie, but that Martha stuff is going to live on for years.
I don't see how any Doctor Who villains could defeat the Borg unless it was a pre-emptive attack without any contact beforehand. A single assimilated Dalek (or really, just a scan of their technology since the Daleks themselves are all but useless) and its game over.
The Cybermen would lose. No matter how much the show tries, the Cybermen are not galactic empire builders, they're essentially humans who want survival at any costs.
The Daleks would come out on top. They can blow up planets with a single ship, can cloak a planet and have time travel tech that far outstrips anything the Borg have.

Ever seen Doctor Who? Daleks don't have technology, they have plot armor. Daleks make universe-destroying bombs, can time travel and do whatever they want. Borg are nowhere near that level.
Have you ever seen Star Trek? They time travel, too. Quite easily, in fact, when they want to. And one look at a 'universe-destroying bomb' and boom, they have one as well.
Again: The only way the Borg lose if they never have an initial confrontation with the Daleks.
No, dude. Not like this. The Daleks are written to a scale more in keeping with the T'Kon, or even the whale probe or V'Ger. You're overestimating the Borg. We've never seen them up against a society more advanced than the Federation. And the Borg don't have Dalek-style time travel. Those guys can get anywhere. The Borg have done it once, and for whatever reason did it the worst way possible, by travelling in the present to their target, site, alerting their enemies, then going back. The Daleks can be anywhere in time and space.
Really comes down to the battleground - ship to ship, between fleets? The Daleks walk it. Ground warfare... far tricker to predict, as all three use nanoprope conversion now - they'd probably end up as a really confused schizoid single force waiting for the Doctor to turn up and do them in.
Assuming the three species meet in the last known current state of technology then the answer is clear. The Daleks would destroy both of them while making a wise crack about pest control. The Cybermen and Borg are tough but the Daleks are currently at or very near Time Lord level technologically. No contest.
