Baggie full of Star Trek by

Items from the set of "Encounter at Farpoint" (TNG). "Star Trek Concordance" author, Bjo Trimble - aka "the woman who saved 'Star Trek'" - packaged up objects she collected for a charity auction into plastic baggies. The small silver mylar rectangle
(middle, on black) is from the twinkle-wall or star field (it moved via a revolving drum in some scenes) was made up of thousands of tiny reflective mirrors glued to black Duvateen fabric.
I have added a few extra items to the display box: a Galoob "Data" action figure, which gives a good sense of scale to the other items, the mylar-sticker plastic badge with early TNG logo (from Lincoln Enterprise's TNG Fan Club), the little clay cottage from the "Old Bandi City" tabletop miniature shown in "Encounter at Farpoint" and an official studio visitor's pass, all bought in separate charity auctions.

Originally located on Deneb IV, somehow this little cottage was transported backwards through time and space - and is now situated on a plot of grass from the Genesis Cave ("Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan"). Yes, it's my
"Little Bandi House on the Prairie". The little clay tabletop-model houses were broken up from the miniature set and attached to dozens of Christmas cards given out by the SPFX guys to the cast and crew.
