Could there be a Lower Decks and Family Guy crossover?

There have been a few Star Trek crossovers on both The Simpsons and Family Guy, two popular animated television shows.

But let's take it a step further, shall we? As a fan of both Family Guy and Star Trek, I can't help but imagine Stewie Griffin himself beaming aboard the USS Cerritos, fulfilling his dreams of being a part of a Star Trek crew. Perhaps it could be a fun episode where Lundy or another member of the Cerritos crew brings Stewie on board as a result of some form of temporal anomaly distorting the targeting scanners during a trip back to Earth, and chaos ensues as Stewie tries to take control of the ship or cause mischief among the crew.

It's always exciting to see beloved characters from different franchises come together in unexpected ways, and seeing as we are unlikely to get a Star Wars crossover I think Stewie would be a perfect fit for a light hearted toon verse crossover romp. Plus, it would be interesting to see how the Star Trek universe and in particular the crew of the Cerritos reacting to the irreverent and sometimes absurd humour of ‘Family Guy’. Who knows what kind of adventures Stewie and the Cerritos crew could have together? The possibilities are endless!

This would all also make Family guy inverse and canon with Strange New Worlds continuity, as we know that there is a Lower Decks/Strange New World’s crossover in season 2 where at least part of the live action episode is animated, perhaps Stewie can also crossover in to live action Trek one day too in a similar fashion?

It does not have to be an episode all about Stewie though, the rest of the Griffen’s are very well versed in Star Trek culture, alien languages and traditions so could be included too:

Of course this crossover would also explain how Star Trek became a part of real life popular culture, Stewie quite literally probably inspired the producers and writers, the art departments etc upon his return to 21st century Earth after his adventures on the Cerritos, allowing for conventions such as that depicted in the following clip to occur in our prime timeline - even though this is Star Trek’s canon past. It would be a bit like when that gangster book was left on the planet Iotia, or when the the shuttle craft logs were recovered by the local inhabitants in ‘All the World is a Stage’. Trekkies and Trekkers could be like real world Enderprizians?

If seen bits of Family Guy. Its humor and dialog are uncouth and not suitable for Star Trek. If you wanted a crossover, pick Final Space. It duplicates the art style of Lower Decks.

Well at one time people said a Simpsons/Family Guy crossover would be unlikely.

Though Simpsons and Family Guy are both Fox, so that made it easier.

Makes me think of a local tobacconist who has had his or her front windows plastered with Family Guy character images for over a year. I tried to find a way to report the yutz for infringement (I wouldn't mind one bit seeing that store sued out of existence), but failed.

I will admit that the character designs (being of the "Big Eyeball" school of cartoons) would be compatible with each other, but I can't see this crossover idea happening anytime soon, and it's something that probably shouldn't.

A local tobacconist who thinks they can just plaster images of unlicensed Family Guy characters all over their storefront without any legal consequences!? How dare they! I mean, I wouldn't mind seeing that store sued out of existence either considering that they are obviously targeting tobacco at children using cartoon characters to promote this government controlled and taxed yet highly addictive substance, but unfortunately it seems that you failed in your civic duty to report them for the said infringement. Well done for trying, though.

Lower Decks and Family Guy ‘big eyeball’ cartoon designs might be compatible with this Tobacconists storefront aesthetics, but that does not give them the right to use the intellectual properties without permission, it’s not as if they were selling officially licensed merchandise or involved in a sanctioned advertisement campaign.

Uh, I guess I was unclear about the first paragraph being a digression, and the second being on-topic with regard to the crossover idea. I've corrected my oversight.

But yes, if I had the slightest idea how to let the IP owner know about the apparent infringement, I'd have done so. And if anybody knows of a way, please PM me about it.
(I've never understood how sucking on a burning poisonous plant could be worth getting addicted to sucking on a burning poisonous plant. In that, I would say that Quark and I are in complete agreement.)

The Lower Decks characters and the South Park kids could meet in a "Paramount Mountain" promotional segment.
I have done some research, this could work.
