More likely than not.Dr Korby, and I have no doubt he will get a namedrop.

Mosts dates aren't firm facts, they are assumptions. When Mike & Denise Okuda created the Chronology they made a huge number of assumptions and also had to disregard a bunch of general mentions of times to try and fit all the various events into the few hard dates given. And they picked 2265 to 2369 as the period of the 5 year mission (but not based on any specific date ever given in the show. It wasn't until Q2 that we get an onscreen dialogue date for the year the 5 year mission ended as 2270. That then can be a jumping off date for other events but even that gives leeway. Those dates for Pike are not in any way shape or form direct from episode or film dates. Its supposition based on how long Spock served with Pike. But we have no basis for if that time was only on the Enterprise, if there were breaks where Spock was assigned another service, ect, ect. And its assumed Pike had to 5 year missions but that is also complete assumption. It wasn't until Discovery 2nd season that we have an onscreen dialogue reference stating Pike even had 1 5 year mission. that was happening (and we assume ended right during the 1st season of Discovery, but being on a 5 year mission and coming back right at the end of the war, doesn't technically mean you completed that same 5 year mission. He does use the term "Had". But technically he could have been on the 5 year mission had to return for supplies of some sort, the red angel event occurs, and Star Fleet sends him orders to take over the Discovery (as a tech issue had hit the Enterprise). Thus meaning if his 5 year mission could have been interrupted, thus "had" could mean the full five year mission was over, or that it was interrupted. We technically don't know.Actually you were right, the article says that Prime Pike commanded the Enterprise from 2251-2262 and Kelvin Pike took command in 2258.
Canon discussions will do that.Just noticed this thread has the most views and replies of the trailer threads. A thread dedicated to Christine Chapel, to many the least interesting TOS "regular". We live in interesting times.
Yep, she's canon fodder for sure.Canon discussions will do that.
It's surprising how she dies in the first episode.Yep, she's canon fodder for sure.![]()
It's okay, her consciousness survives in Una's mind. TOS is SAVED!!!!!It's surprising how she dies in the first episode.
That is why T'pring is so mad at Spock. His logic in requesting that ceremony was quite odd where his friend was concerned. She never forgave and never forgot. It's okay, her consciousness survives in Una's mind. TOS is SAVED!!!!!
She's better written and acted. Why is she so sassy now?
Why not? Are personalities static? Why is she so sassy now?
I doubt they’re better written. She's better written and acted.
