I was going to mention that one but it's really not T'Pol, it's her mothers mothers mother
I'd say “The Seventh” “Twilight”, “Impulse” “The Forge”, “Awakening” ,“Kir’shara”, & “Terra Prime” are among her best.
It's Fallen Hero for me.

Some great choices mentioned. Not sure I can add a full episode to the list, but I will add a scene that I think is a great T'Pol one.
In "SLEEPING DOGS", Hoshi has a panic attack, and T'Pol helps her into a meditative state and says she will teach her how to do it for herself once back aboard. This was a great start for her being a mentor aboard the Enterprise.

The Forgotten, Stigma, and The Vulcan Trilogy are a few that come to mind.
I'd say Azati Prime/Damage, Similitude, Strange New World, Impulse, The Forgotten, Twilight, the Vulcan trilogy. Little moments from episodes too... the last scene in Fusion, the hilarious "judicial administrator" scene from Precious Cargo, the scene in United where T'Pol quietly tries to convince Archer not to fight Shran.
Really, I think Blalock was outstanding throughout. She underplayed beautifully, emotion just under the surface just like T'Pol. I've read that Blalock didn't like the trellium storyline, but she just hit it out of the park even so. If the show had continued, I think we would have gotten to see her Vulcan and emotional sides in constant struggle, just like Spock, and Blalock would have been up to the task of pulling that off.

I just watched "First Flight" and enjoyed T'Pol helping Archer with the loss of his friend by listening to his story and making that suggestion about naming the nebula after the dead guy, even if the rest of the episode was whatever.
