The 24th Century is one grand epic. TOS and Enterprise can only be viewed as snapshots of their respective time periods.

The 24th century for me too. But I almost voted 23rd as I like the design aesthetics so much.

24th Century wins the poll :D I rather have a trek series take place in that century and of course have some that would be in the 25th century too.

Im going to have to go with the 24th century as well. I would like to see some stuff set in the 25th century as well

Sorry, but 24th covers TNG DS9 and Voy, and even though TOS is arguably better than Voy, the collective qualities and sheer amount of those three shows makes it pretty easy picking.

23rd Century baby! Seemed a lot more exciting and adventurous. More of a frontier-like feel than the 24th. As long as starship captains are still having promiscuous sex with many anonymous green-skinned women without protection while at the same time engaging in cowboy diplomacy in a consequence-free environment, I'll be sound as a pound!

Well, so much for the theory that the 24th C is played out and nobody cares about it. I expected this poll to be closer.

...Just covering the ones used as series settings.

I left my heart in the 24th C. :D

Bah! Only in the series, eh? Gotta go with the 24th century, then. Though if it had included movies, 23rd century wins for me. The Bennet/Meyers aesthetic just nudges out all the others. :D

24th, for sure.

We didn't see enough of the 22nd century to make a fair opinion (only four seasons).

The 23rd C has a great design aesthetic; and has a less-PC, 'shoot first and ask questions later' approach to solving problems, but again, we only have three seasons, and 6 (soon to be seven) movies set in that time period.

With the 24th, we have 21 seasons and four movies. So it is definitely the most familiar era to us. It just felt more 'epic' to me.

While I like the 24th, I really liked the aesthetic of the 23rd. There was a tone of stuff going on, and there were more stories to tell in the Movie era. I really wish the next series (If there was one) would focus on the lost era more. I'm not saying a Sulu series, but so much can be done and I don't think continuity would be a problem.
