It's like it came out of the Arkham games

That was my favorite trailer yet.
I loved the opening action scene.
We got our first bit of dialouge for Diana.
I love the look on Superman's face when Batman blocks his punch.

The trailer was pretty good. The whole "If there is even a 1% chance" line still makes my eyes roll, but at least they didn't use the "Do you bleed" line for the millionth time. I liked the focus on Batman, because he seems like he'll be the most interesting character, Overall, a decent trailer.

I bet we see more of that over the next few years - given the games are played by many more people than read the comics.

Its the first time that we have had a larger than life Batman onscreen in the sense that the director isn't concerning himself with "how fast can a guy in that body armour actually move?" but rather "how cool would it be Batman smashed through the floor and throw people around like they were made of Straw".

The Batman fight stuff in the trailer really is pretty great!

It looks like behind the scenes, WB is a bit worried about the movie, though: http://www.hitfix.com/the-dartboard...-be-in-jeopardy-fandemonium?hf_headline=14517

Well I wasn't really expecting the critics to like the film, and if the movie underperforms and the studio decides to scale back or rethink future movies, that may not be the worst thing. The only ones I really wanted to see anyway were BvS, Wonder Woman, and Justice League (and it's obvious they're determined to make that last one no matter who ends up directing).

And I'm already used to going against popular opinion when it comes to my love for MOS, so if the same thing ends up happening with BvS, then so be it.

This movie will be a hit (beyond its opening weekend) based on word of mouth.

I have to say that I was (am) skeptical, but in the Turkish Airlines clips and this trailer, Ben Affleck really has Bruce Wayne down.

^^^
That's part of the problem with WB. Batman is the ONLY movie franchise they can really get. How do they save the Superman sequel? Put Batman in it. And make him the good guy.
By far, his stuff is the most exciting and I can't wait for a standalone Batman movie with Affleck in it (crazy!). But a movie where Superman is the bad guy (which is how this trailer really set things up) is just jarring.

I don't get that at all.

If anything, it seems to me like they're trying to push the old Ahab bit on Bruce.

Those clickbaiters are really getting desperate for them clicks...
If this movie turns out to be a a two hour shot of a turd on a stick it's still going to make a billion, easy.

I have to credit Snyder on his direction and choreography for fight scenes. Compare Batman walking through those thugs in the most recent BvS trailer, and the opening scene for TDK, and you can see the difference. Definitely more kinetic and in your face with Affleck.

Yeah the Nolan films definitely had a lot of great qualities, but making Batman actually look cool and badass in action was unfortunately not one of those (unless of course he happened to be driving a Batmobile or Batpod).

can I just take this opportunity to say.

FUCK YEAH BATMAN
It's hilarious how wrong we were about Affleck. He's looking to be the best thing about this movie.

Great rocking music in the trailer.

Just one question: what the hell was happening in that bath tub?

I don't get that at all.

Yeah, it'll be like Civil War: each side will be right - from a certain point of view.

Someone pointed out to me that if you look carefully Batman uses small devices to disable their guns (just like Arkham).
