My favorite as well. Nobody's ever made a better racing film. Winning and Rush tied for second.Oh, well if we're including car racing as a sport, then I've got to mention Grand Prix:
How's about?
The Bad News Bears
"You are gonna have to go way, way back into The Way-back Machine for that one Sherman."--Mr. Peabody
so can Enter the Dragon.
I also rather liked Moneyball, even though it completely ignored the A's pitchers (Tim Hudson, Barry Zito and Mark Mulder) who contributed so heavily to the '02 team.
The Moneyball movie is very, very fun, but it should never be taken as a historical document, as it plays very fast and loose with everything that happened
Any Warren Miller ski movie
Cool Runnings.
Shaolin Soccer.
There is one more football (soccer) movie whose title i cannot recall for now but it had Stallone playing as a goalkeeper for a team of POWs against their German captors during WW2.
