What call backs to non Star Trek movies or TV shows are in S3?

People did, as it happened, know that the E-D flying through the Borg cube was a call back to the Millennium Falcon flying through the Death Star.

What other call backs did you see?

A second one I saw was the Borg Queen up against the wall like the Alien Queen in Aliens.

Frakes (I think) compared the conflict with Picard about the right decision to make with Crimson Tides, but I didn't see that connection very strongly
