Well, the O.P. didn't distinguish between regulars and guest stars, so my faves are, in this order:
Nichelle Nichols -- Uhura. Damn, did she fill out that uniform! Esp. the one in Mirror, Mirror!
Yvonne Craig -- Marta. From Whom Gods Destroy. Also played Batgirl. Fine as wine!
Kate Woodville -- Natira. From The World Is Hollow & I Have Touched the Sky. One of only two McCoy love interests.
Lt Uhura was just flawless- the skin, the body- she is voluptuous.
A close second for me is actually Lt Marla Mcgivers from "Space Seed".
One look and you know she had a body underneath her uniform. She had a half innocent, sweet, yet "naughty" look to her.
She also had this sexuality about her, it's hard to explain but you can see it in the way Khan seduces her. You just knew it was sex sex sex after she left with him.
And Susan Oliver-especially as the Orion Slave Girl.

Droxine? Sorry, she's too anorexic for my tastes.![]()

Mine too. Awful!
Now if you'd said Vanna, her oppo, then I might possibly have agreed with you.
I just happened to see the 1964 Andy Griffith with Susan Oliver. She was just AMAZINGLY Beautiful! She just oozed sexuality as the Orion slave girl.
She rocked that little dress in The Cage/The Menagerie.![]()
I love the line that was edited out of The Cage where Pike said something about her wearing the same metallic fabric that the Talosians did. She said "Well I have to wear something, don't I" or something very close to that. That sort of playful sensuality really came to the forefront. I wish they would not have edited that line out. Susan Oliver is clearly the winner.
Oh, she was breathtaking in that Andy Griffith episode!
