TOS Uniform Costume

Can someone direct me to the best quality TOS uniform that is non Anovos (less than $100)? Looking for the Captain Kirk uniform top. There are varying prices online but wanted to check if anyone here has some insight. I believe I have already located the proper pants and boots. I once owned a Rubie's top but wanted something of a higher quality.

I've gotten a few tunics from her over the years and they're great. Made to your own measurements and totally accurate. $100 for the captain's tunic.

I wish these crafty artists would take a chance and offer TOS Captain's tunic accurately.

Even if it would cost a little bit more.

They said Footware instead of Footwear. That's like naming your son with the suffix "2.0" instead of junior.

It's not the most accurate but I got mine from cosplaysky.com. I got the Gold Velour edition TOS Uniform. It's really great quality. It was around $80 too.

Thanks for the information everyone! I may avail myself of Mr. Spook's recommendation as they offer the velour tunic that appears true to the screen in photos.

The design itself looks pretty good, but is it that orange as opposed to lime? Or is it the lighting? It's actually kind of cool that way.

It's supposed to be gold but it's more orange than TOS Gold/lime. They had an alternate cotton version but it was pure yellow and it didn't look as good to me.

I think that I'd make the same choice in the same case. I've been known to dress up for TOS using just a yellow sweater or long sleeve t-shirt with insignia added. Most non-Trekkies still recognize it

It's an amazing quality shirt.the velour feels great. The rank braids are very accurate. I specifically asked the makers of the tunic to sew them on because I saw some reviews mention they were held on with glue and it didn't hold to well. I'm glad I made that choice.
