I don't think the have a battle bridge, per se, but can probably separate the saucer in order to blow up the warp core (and nacelles) if they need to,
The Cheyenne and Springfield classes had nacelles that were made from marker pens too.

Well, I guess there's a good chance that they're OPS.I thought the same thing. I have no idea what those are for. The MSD doesn’t give any clues as to their purpose.
At first I thought those two dark grey squares on top of the saucer were extensions of the nacelle struts going all the way through the saucer section, but seeing the ship from behind reveals that they actually don't line up.
I wonder what exactly they are, though.
