Okay....so it's 7 minutes and going to Feature the Hurt Doctor. The only way I can see McGann appearing is if there's a regeneration scene, but I think some context would be required to set that up. Unless it's Hurt recalling how he came to be or whatever.
That could be interesting. Smith and/or Tennant chastising him, and him saying something to the effect of, "You know how it went down" (Screen goes wavy and we go into the flashback of McGann starting a Regeneration, and Rassilon showing up to interfere in and corrupt the Regeneration to The Timelords' own ends [and maybe even the "Woman in White" arguing against it], resulting in HurtDoctor, and we're shown the start of his malevolence)

Really, I think it's a possibility.
As do I - and we can but hope! Of all the past-Doctor possibilities for the fiftieth, this is the most likely and workable. And the vibe we're getting from various sources IMO strongly suggests that there IS some knowledge out there but there's a media gag order on it.
After all, SOMEHOW they managed to keep a bunch of rabid American fans from leaking the SDCC trailer to the masses. This would be a much bigger coup if they managed to film something with Paul McGann on one day and managed to keep it a secret, but just imagine - what a coup!
