For the Uniform I guess. It's so good it's just maybe ever so slightly less good. But we're dealing in decimal point differences not whole numbers anymore.

Eliminating By Inferno's Light. It's a game of fractions now. The b-plot is weaker, and as cool as the gladiator duel is, it is rather a distraction.

I'll remove "...Nor the Battle to the Strong", because it's not as funny as In the Cards, it's not as dramatic as In Purgatory's Shadow, and its space battles can't compare to Call To Arms.

Extremely hard to do... but taking out "IN PURGATORY'S SHADOW".

All three here are 10s, but...

"IN THE CARDS" is such a simple, beautiful story about a young man who just wants to give his dad a gift. And that hug at the end... I feel that hug.

"CALL TO ARMS" is THE best season finale in the franchise. Yes, it beats out TNG's, and by quite a bit. While that one was awesome, this is awesome AND it gives everyone time to shine. Just a perfect finale. And that final shot? It was torture waiting that summer, even more so than "The Best of Both Worlds".

Call to Arms wins - though I'm very happy both are going to the Finals. Call to Arms was just a total game-changer for DS9 and started an absolutely amazing arc heading into season 6.

Though I do love In the Cards, always puts a smile on my face.

It's one of the best written episodes. So much happens, but it all seems so effortless.

Call to Arms is powerful, exciting and a shake up of all we expect.

In the Cards is a fun heartwarming tale that, as one who grew up in a motherless single parent household, resonates strongly with me.
