Respectfully disagree. I get to watch all the European leagues and western hemisphere leagues if I want. I don't think the Premier League has to take a back seat to any of them for the quality of their game.The Premiership is probably the toughest league, but it doesn't produce the best football, it's not conducive to it.
It's not really a qualitative thing. It just seems like some leagues develop slightly more flowing 'flair' football.
