Adam Nimoy conducted Terry Farrell's panel at Las Vegas this year. You can see a lot of affection between them.

Of course, in my interest in the ever evolving why Farrell left, I noted that she is now saying that she started asking for a recurring part after she was unable to pick up side work on season 6. She did not go into negotiations (such as they were) with this demand.

We know Jadzia Dax was quite attracted to Spock when she was on the Enterprise during "Trials and Tribble-ations", and only preservation of the timeline and Sisko looking over her shoulder kept her from talking to him.
