Do they do Thanksgiving in the Star Trek universe?
Yup, they do. At least in "Charlie X" apparently, there was a line, that on earth, they'd be celebrating Thanksgiving and Kirk wanted, that the meals looked fitting. Then Charlie zapped an alive Turkey on the ship.

In the German version, the day, they celebrated was easter and the cook should just colourize the eggs, but thanks to Charlie, they all were already in colour.

Wow! You're old!
(Says the person who was already working and married when you registered)
I keep telling myself I'm not old yet. I'm just not young anymore either.

(The approach of forty is really messing with me, trying my best to be healthy about it. I think it'll be better once it's here and I know what it feels like for me, rather than the compiled collection of anecdotes from older friends I have now.)

My forties were pretty good. Sixties are more of an issue.

TNG on the tube for the original run? Johnnies-come-lately, the lot of you! Now, TOS on the tube for the original run...that's old...
I didn't really watch ANY of them in their original runs. I started watching TOS on reruns after school in the mid 1970s. When TNG came out, I was in college, didn't have my own TV or really time to watch it. Once in a while if a friend had it on. Now I wait for discs to come out.
