Not really much reduced.Cross Cult has reduced it's program - we simply have to buy more books!
Also, the Voyager novels get split into two parts. So as far as new stuff goes we got 9 novels this year, one of which The Enterprise-War was a last-minute type of addition, because Discovery novels didn't sell at all in Germany and Cross Cult discontinued the line. So, I think assuming 8 regular new books for next year is reasonable. Not really much reduced.
These are the yearly numbers of Cross Cult Star Trek Novels:
2008 4
2009 8
2010 13
2011 16
2012 20
2013 17 + 1 ebook
2014 13 + 7 ebooks
2015 16 + 11 ebooks
2016 15 + 14 ebooks
2017 13 + 1 ebook
2018 12
2019 11 (announced yet)
2020 3 (annonced yet)
Certainly there are not as many books as in 2012, but they are not really reducing it very much each year.
The biggest difference is, that there are no monthly ebooks, like a few years ago, especially Corps of Engineers. And one book every year is a reprint of these ebooks (CoE until 2018. 3 short stories in 2019).
