i bought these brownies from them called "Cosmic brownies" but, lo and behold, there was no weed in them, I really feel like i should file a false advertising complaint, what do you think?

Well, they have been selling Cosmic Brownies for years, and unless marijuana is listed as one of the ingredients, I don't think you have a case.

I can.

The first thing I think about is how I really don't like those sprinkles they put on the brownies.

Yes. In fact, I recommend you go for it full tilt, hiring the most expensive lawyer you can afford.

Then come back and let us know how it went.

I hear that she is neither Little nor named Debbie. She's probably a fat guy named Harold. Will this deception never end?

from the sound of your post i think youve already had too much weed!:p

Can we expand the litigation?

- There's nothing particularly Swiss about those rolls.
- Star Crunch is neither crunchy, nor cosmic
- Fancy Cakes are not so fancy.

Yes. But you'll need Edwin Poole to do it for you.

They should clearly label the product: "warning: product has no flavor"

I mean seriously now. "YUCK" is not a flavor.

To insure victory he has to hire Alan Shore. If hired Poole he be sent to the nut house together.

I picked Edwin Poole because Poole (with Shirley's help) sued a TV version of Little Debbie for making a client fat with their use of High-Fructose Corn Syrup in their products.

;)

But, yeah, Alan would do a much better job at the case.

Also, get one that requires a retainer upfront instead of just a recovery fee. They're better for a case like this.
