Or if it is one of the big shockers, then it's one everybody online knew back in April when the set reports started flying, and I for one would disappointed if the big surprise is something we've known for months!

I'd call it less a Spoiler and more a(nother) Headline Gabbing bit of plotting by Moffat; especially since it doesn't seem to have any lasting effect beyond this one episode.
