Royal Pains - Anybody watch on USA?

Anybody been catching this show? It premiered along with Burn Notice this year. I think it's pretty good which means it's probably going to get cancelled, lol.

It's ok. Kind of bland. Burn Notice is much better, if formulaic.

I saw the first three episodes, haven't caught up with the rest yet but it's not too bad. A bit like Burn Notice only with a doctor instead.

I like it! I'm not going to say it's the best show on TV, but it is very entertaining so far. And, it's the first thing I've ever seen Paulo Costanza in where I didn't want to choke him until he turned smurf-blue, so that should say something about the writing... lol

I think it's pretty good. I've liked the lead actor for a while now, so it's nice to see he's got a show again (hope it sticks around).

BUT

I can't stand the brother, and am about an episode away from muting his scenes.

I like Mark Feurstein as an actor and I'm glad he has a successful show -- he's been screwed over a lot with short-lived TV shows and meaningless movies roles and now Bradley Cooper is taking all the Mark Feurstein-type parts -- but I can't watch this show. I started watching the July 9 episode and it just felt too much like Burn Notice Lite.

I agree it's becoming too much like Burn Notice which is oddly a bad thing since I think Burn Notice is the best new series I've seen in a long time. Maybe it's the brother. The guy is like an inept Sam clone who always seems to screw up or just be annoying.
