You've got me curious, now, what you had in mind for the Janeway emoticon. An actual photograph of her head, even, shrunk down to emoticon size would lose a lot of detail - I don't see how that would work? Even a high-contrast, black and white image of her would seem to blur, that small. Could a smile-face be made to represent The Good Captain, some way and still be satisfactory? How would you do that, exactly?
Just put the season 1 bun on her, people would get it.

The only emoticons I wish were on the board that aren't are the rimshot gif, the dancing pink elephant, and the smiley with finger guns saying hola. But those aren't Trek specific.

Oh, and the Picard facepalm.
Trying to think about how to represent the captains using current icons, it's not easy. The only one we can easily do is Archer - 
- because he got beat up so often.

Picard - how the f do you represent a bald emoji? The facepalm might be a good idea.
Sisko - facial hair, intense eyes, darker colour than the usual yellow.

How about a Tuvix emoticon that divides into Neelix and Tuvok emoticons?
