Basically parts of every TOS/Movie era communicator put together with the screen from the Kelvin movies, but with a 2017 touch screen. Nice blend of everything.

Well, it might be a dumb design for a "combadge". As it's an insignia pin I think it's design is cool. It's grown on me.

Invalid since it has a display.......SHOULD ONLY HAVE A SPEAKER.........I have actually seen that already in a facebook group. These guys will NEVER be happy.....EVER.

Discovery is getting dark and gritty. Rorschach's Log Stardate 2258.42, I have seen the true face of Starfleet and vermin that inhabits it...

Unfortunately, no. The graphical interface is already "wrong"

I was more referring to the Rorschach inkblot test as well as Airplane 2, but that works.

I like it a lot too nice mix of the original cage era design, but with 'modern' touches that make sense.
