Just what the heck is Liu Kang saying when he does the bicycle kick?

In Mortal Kombats 2 and 3 (and possibly future games, I don't know, I never played that far), when you hold down the low kick button for four seconds and release it, Kang lets out some kind of weird cry.

Just what the heck is he saying!? And is he really saying anything at all? Or is it just gibberish.

Last years reboot of the series is pretty good.

The serious answer is that it's probably just gibberish. I like to imagine that he's saying "This doesn't seem physically possible!"

I dunno about in 2 and 3 - it seems to be just a two-wone gibberish in those - but in the new one (9?) he's shouting "video games are art!" which is a bit weird...
