I think her friendship with Sisko was great and one of the best aspects of the entire run. When she's looking after Jake in "The Visitor" it gets me every time.

Anyway Change Of Heart would have been fine. Or possibly Jadzia being infected with some biogenic weapon on the station while Bashir is on the Defiant at the battle? Jadzia has to choose to kill herself before the symbiont is infected.

They might as well have shown her walking on a broken mirror under a ladder knocking over a salt shaker with a black cat running across her path while she's exulting over the happy news.

Make it six. I had no problem with it either. It was obvious she would be the victim after all the plans to start a family. They already had Kira pregnant, so Jadzia preggers in the final season would have been a distraction, not to mention redundant. And to those who say it wasn't a spectacular or well-written death, you're wrong since it had affected Sisko since he felt responsible for not heeding the Prophets' warnings. You could see him at a more emotional level from that point through "Image in the Sand".
