Wow, I haven't heard that since before my bigoted great grandmother passed away 15+ years ago. I was a kid, and it offended me then and I'm way more offended by it now that I understand all the nasty racism behind it.

The nurse needs to be called out on that. That's highly unprofessional and inappropriate. Did you turn the nurse in?
