Fitness Diary, apostle83

I've been on Thyroid medication since I was 20. Other than having to remember to take it every day it's no big deal. It took my doctor a while to find the correct dosage for me but now I've been on .15mg for what seems like forever.

I hit the gym last night. I cheated on the diet all weekend because I was on vacation and... I just did. :rolleyes: Yeah, stupid me. My workout sucked balls. It was just... flat. It's never been that flat. I just couldn't do anything. No energy.
 
Well, I've started losing again. It took me ten days to start losing again after my "binge" in Minneapolis. Three days of eating like shit, and then ten days of stagnation. :wtf:
I'm 269, it feels good to be below 270. I'm also very sick right now.
 
I was running through my apartment. My left pinky toe caught a heavy, loaded wooden cedar chest.

The cedar chest moved about 4 inches.
 
I hit it hard last night. The holiday was rough on me, I was off from work all day for 5 days in a row and I ate poorly. I'm hitting it hard again. I've moved my goal of 240 weight from January 1 to Feb 1.
