Does anyone recognize this T-shirt?

Hi guys,
This might be weird, but I've had this tshirt since I was 10 years old and it's a little...worn out. I want a replacement and I've looked all over, but I can't find it anywhere. I can't even find a picture of it. I got it for Xmas in 1997 and after 20 years my mom really doesn't remember where she got it, haha.
I'd really appreciate it if anyone recognizes this or knows where it came from or where I can get another one.

The image is such that it could easily be recreated. I wonder if any of these custom t shirt websites would actually make you a new t shirt if you submitted a new image. I know some places avoid or reject copyrighted images.
