Looks like Domino to me. The big hair is a little much but it's fine.
How does it look like Domino at all?

Tactical gear, round tattoo surrounding the left eye. Looks like Domino to me. What, did you expect them to put her in clown makeup? How does it look like Domino at all?I mean, like what the movie is doing or not, I can't see an argument being made that she looks even vaguely like the comic version of Domino.

Yes, indeed, Domino's never chosen poorly when it comes to protecting her cleavage...Besides that, "tactical gear" is worn by about 12,000,000 people (and I wouldn't call what Domino is wearing tactical, unless an uncovered/unarmored chest is a tactical decision).
Vitiligo. Look it upSo, its only a vague white blob around her eye that makes her "Doimino". Except Domino doesn't have a tattoo, its part of her skin, and its black, and her skin is white.
I have no idea what you mean by "Non human looking human" here. The comic character looks like a woman with too much goth pale makeup on. Mystique she is not.At this point, Domino is almost at Caliban or X3 Psylocke levels of not resembling the character. I mean, I'll forgive it in this case if she's written well, but to argue she resembles Dominio at all based off of wearing leather clothing (even comic Domino usually goes into battle fully covered, kind of like Black Widow actually) and a vaguely white blob when skin, hair, etc are all basically as wrong as possible is just bizarre, and completely wrong. This is a case of a very obviously non human looking mutant being made to just be a normal human with a bit of makeup slapped on in five minutes because of either cheapness or a finicky actor. Either way its very disappointing and probably the first big misstep. But, again, its not unforgiveable if the character is written well.
yep costume is not up to parShowing that even the good FOX X-Men movies barely care about the source material, Deadpool 2's "Domino" has been revealed:

So, one of the most visually distinctive X-Men is now...a woman with a vaguely white patch over one eyeTo be clear, I don't care about the race of the actress cast (who gives a crap, and I'm not sure if Domino is even supposed to be caucasian because her mutation gives her a unique appearance anyway), I'm just sick of FOX movies not giving a crap about using the comic designs. Domino had a really cool design, but in the movie she's just a random woman with some stupid make up on one eye
The character could still be written well so I'll withhold judgement on whether the character will be good or not, but I'm really disappointed about the design.
Agreed that wouldn't fit this series.Deadpool is never going to be the place for sensibly covered female role models.
Maybe he's raising a mysterious red headed baby named Hope? Why does Cable have a teddy bear on his belt?
I'm just going to go there, a comics accurate Domino was pretty much out the moment they cast a black actress. In this day and age you can't cast a black person and then cover them in white makeup. Just look at how upset people got when the changed the actors' races in Cloud Atlas, or when rumors circulated that they were going to use CGI to make ScarJo look Asian in Ghost in the Shell. Even if they technically weren't changed Zazie Beetz's race, this probably would have ended up getting a similar reaction.Oh yeah, because snow white skin would be so ridiculous. So Gren, blue, red, etc skin is fine, but not Domino's? Cable looks great, I have to admit, I wasn't sure what to expect.

Looking though the pictures on the Marvel wiki, her costumes have pretty much just been one version or another of a black leather jumpsuit, so I don't really see a problem there.
These days they try not to limit who they cast based on ethnic background.
