TWOK-TUC are the best.
In 1987, it was slightly jarring to return to the "retro" gold/red/blue TV look, but - dang - those tailored angles have a timeless feel to them. Which is no small feat considering this is the late-80s, where anything visual or audio is going to be, shall we say, "rather distinct". That said, its distinctiveness is more livened than 70s shag rug with orange-and-brown-and-plaid-everything*. A lot of shows of the time have not dated well.
Prodigy did a nice take on the uniforms, as had LD.
* so more about the wonderfulness of the 1970s:

(Caution: Some rooms aren't as much vomit-inducing than others, but keep in mind a couple of the rooms before viewing any of the images from the links below, if you want a fuller taste of 70s style...)

(Disclaimer: Don really dark sunglasses before looking. Also, extreme caution is recommended if you choose to scroll down. Even more caution is recommended if you use a photo editor to put one of the models into any given room in that house above. Seriously. Try it... Or in lieu of that, just imagine a bunch of dressed up plaidsters in that room with the fireplace and tacky deer mounted on the wall. If all that's not gross overkill, what is... )

(ZA610 or ZA615 for me, please. But I'll swap the trousers for plain black,if not striped black and bumblebee-yellow. Also, $79.95 back then is equivalent to $440.18. And, no, it's not made out of silk and gold fibers. It's 100% pure polyester. So please don't put them into a bonfire. )

(What's that famous line from "Revenge of the Sith" at the end? Oh yeah, it's "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!")

(Even more plaid, um, goodness... plaid is the herpes of 70s fashion. Everyone had it and precious-few realized it. But still gave plaid to others on special events.)

(Okay, the first photo is distinctly late-60s, but the upchuck of color - even if it's a bold orange and teal and with the worst-imaginable trousers - is still better than 70s dank plaid... If nothing else, he has to wear such a loud outfit as it makes his disproportionately-large hands look rather tiny by comparison. No wonder the 70s were such a plaid snooze-fest. )
