Best Tricep exercise?

Just wondering what are people's favourite Tricep exercises. For me it's either Tricep pushdown or Tricep Kickback. Though there are plenty of others. What do you do, and how often do you change, do you do more than one?

Guess we can use this thread to work out all sorts of different exercises for different muscles. Let the fun begin.
 
Depends if I'm going for strength-performance or size.

Well personally I'm after size, strength would be nice but I'd just like em a little bigger.

I have tried Skull Crushers but haven't tried the close grip bench press, I'll give it a go.
 
The dip is without question the best tricep exercise in terms of muscle activation. I like to do them with a closer grip on the bars and almost straight up and down. When I am particularly strong, I use 4-6 45 pound plates in addition to my own bodyweight. Its incredible for mass and the pump is amazing

Second would be lying "skull crushers".

3rd: Alternating, one arm dumbbell extensions.

I often do bench dips with weights or even at home with none, just because I like that one so much.
