From January 2009's Upgrades Challenge - there's usually some new tech to deal with this time of year.

Holiday telly means either Mary Poppins or The Sound of Music, and this year it was The Sound of Music!

4th January

A New Year, a new start... even for the Remans. This is one of my favourite challenge entries, from 2021's "Villains" contest, I think it worked out really well.


So, one day left of the 12 Days of Christmas, who will claim the last date?

I guess I'll take up the grand finale...

January 5th

I did this about four years ago as I was starting out drawing on a regular basis again. I began doing a series of manga-style scenes from Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, and this "splash page" is still my favorite.

That's a very poignant way to round things off, thanks for posting that @Firebird.

Well, I think we can call this a success. 36 Star Trek art pieces one for each day of Advent and the 12 Days of Christmas. Thanks again to everyone who shared their art, likes and their appreciation of the thread.

Next year I'm going to try and post more original art - hopefully other people will find a little time to post a few more themselves, too. Although, the winter holiday season doesn't always allow for finding spare/extra time...

It would be nice to make this a yearly event. And from a practical point of view, if we don't want to rely on posting the same set of festive images each year, we might want to bank up some art ahead of time because, as @Cyfa says, it is difficult to find time in December.
