First, a little bit of nitpicking:
It's actually: "Sir, I protest! I am NOT a Merry Man!" (Sorry, as a Worf fan I couldn't let that be misquoted
)
Others I like are:
Spock: "Logic is a twittering little bird, chirping in a meadow. Logic is wreath of pretty flowers that smell bad. Are you sure your circuits are registering correctly? Your ears are green!" (I, Mudd)
Kirk: "You're suffering from a Vulcan mind-meld, doctor."
McCoy: "That green-blooded son of a bitch! It's his revenge for all the arguments he lost." (TSFS)
