So, that explains who is shooting at (and missing) The Doctor in the the trailer. Interesting (for me) to see The Doctor running on the Ood planet, something tells me he's running towards the Tardis after being told The Master is alive. Also, the final (I think) shot of The Doctor in that same waste land, it seems to be that The Master has either fled, or The Doctor is still looking for him. Tho, The Doctor still has his jacket and suit jacket on, and from S5 we know he looses both (and DT said something will happen to the long brown jacket). So, I think this will all happen in the first special.

I would guess technology allowing him to do that rather than just gaining the natural ability but this is RTD were talking about. I wonder if he misses because time itself is protecting the Doctor, maybe he becomes a fixed point in space until his destiny is reached or not but cool idea I think

I did a bit of searching and found out that Eddie Izzard is in the The Day of the Triffids, along with Brian Cox and Jason Priestly, so there is at least one shot from it.

Oh, good work. I remember them talking about this months ago. Nice line up, too. Some powerful actors. (Of course, nothing is going to touch the Jon Duttine version for me, but I have an open mind - which is more than I had with the remake of Survivors!)
