Yeah, no issue with the design (although I'd swap out the priest-black pants for something dark grey), just observing the influence and similarity.
I don't have a problem with it either. Though I'd say the 2009/Into Darkness uniforms are the best modern take on the TOS ones.

It reminds me of Supergirl's Superman outfit. It's clearly inspired by the Man of Steel costume, but is just a different enough.

I'm not either to be honest. I would love to see a version of them with the Beyond fabric.
I would agree, especially with the multi-layer functionality on it. For the most part, I love all of the Kelvin universe uniforms as they took and expanded upon TOS with different jumpsuits and functionality.
My only complaint is the dress uniforms and the lack of service branch color. I am one who thinks department colors should be a part of all uniforms though
As would I. I was quite disappointed with the Beyond changes to the uniforms.
