Jack Black- He has the emotional and comedic range of a kid with Asperger's syndrome.

I'll grant that he's not particularly versatile, but he's still getting work because he's very good at what he does.

If ya have a zoo full of monkeys, and one particular monkey consistently hits a target when he flings his poo, that doesn't mean he should be elevated to the status of star attraction for the zoo.

Sorry, I don't have a high opinion of Jack Black, either, with the exception of Kung Fu Panda. That movie cracked me up.

My jaw hit the floor when I read this. Have you ever watched The Sopranos? He gives probably the greatest performance in the history of tv. And he's been great in the likes of True Romance and The Castle.

I'll also throw out Marcia Gay Harden, who overacts in every single thing she's ever been in. Mystic River, was nearly a perfect movie until her ridiculous breakdown in the end. I can't deal with her histronics.

Also, stop right there, Josh Peck! You fooled kids by doing a shitty Jerry Lewis impersonation on Drake & Josh but grown ups saw The Wackness, and you sucked in it. Don't make another movie. And don't ever act alongside Olivia Thirlby again because the girl made you look even worse.

The thing i don't really get is "star power". A lot of the people i see getting work aren't necessarily bad actors or actresses, but you know they are getting a premium over a no-name actor who could probably handle the role just as well or better.

Ashton Kutcher puzzles me to no end. I can't even stand the digital camera commercials he does! I'm also puzzled by the fact that Adam Sandler has such "star" quality. Eddie Murphy has ability, but he's lost his touch with the choices he has made. Who else? Has Paris Hilton or Jessica Simpson been mentioned?

Actually, that's a pretty apt analogy. The kind of "zoos" Jack Black appears in cater to people who enjoy at least the occasional poo flinging.

I'm not claiming the guy's a fantastic actor or anything but if you want a stupid sex comedy you could do a lot worse.

Also, most of my love for the guy has to do with Tenacious D's eponymous debut album. That thing is genius. The movie and accompanying second album play into pretty much everyone's complaints about the guy though and aren't really for me.

Hey man, I agree she's not a good actress...but damn...nobody can make a motorcycle look so good. But she's probably...passable...as an actress in this kind of movie.

I do happen to think she looks great, but she's probably very vain...just take that story about that boy who tried to give her a yellow rose. I mean, he's standing right next to her -- rose out pretty much in front of her and she ignored him. Well, that's pretty cold in my opinion...

Good...glad to know I wasn't weird for liking that one. Seriously, the movie actually made me think. Which I NEVER thought I would say about anything he is in.
