Pigeons are considered to be flying vermin here. Unfortunately we're not allowed to kill them, but must put up with their noise, smell, and pooping on the balcony.
He was an eccentric genius, quite possibly somewhere on the ASD spectrum even if he was born too early to be diagnosed. I'm glad he beat Thomas Edison in the AC vs. DC battle because AC's far more efficient than DC, especially over long distances. We wouldn't have international power grids with DC.

Plus, electrocuting animals to prove his “point”.
I never believed in the more outrageous claims made about him.
A pity that bright individuals like him were so very badly used.
