Savannah State's Quan Proctor declares he's entering the transfer portal. Only he never attended Savannah State. When a coach calls him out on it, he replies that he never specifically stated he was, even though his social media post is of him wearing a Savannah State uniform. Then he claims he played for a different team. So why would he post a Savannah State photo instead of that other school? No one can seem to find this other school he played for. Maybe it was Bishop Sycamore's DI program. 
It's sounds like he did have a NLI but was let out of it, so he might just be confused about terminology, although if he didn't play anywhere, there's no portal to enter.

I read a news story yesterday that Colorado is thinking about leaving the Pac - 12 in favor of the Big 12. The Pac-12 is getting decimated and it seems like Stanford and Cal do not care. Man I remember when the Pac-12 was a big conference with Stanford, Oregon, and USC (Some of my favorite times posting on this board was during that era) and now look at how the mighty have fallen.
