If you use Firefox, you can get Download Helper.
I don't mind the new format of the Youtube page so much. It's different, but I wasn't ever in love with what it was before, so this doesn't really bother me.
What does bother me is that they've changed how videos are downloaded. Until recently, I used to be able to get Youtube videos by going into the browser cache after a video downloads and finding the .flv file of the video there. A simple copy and rename, and there it is, saved on your hard drive. I didn't do that a lot, but every once in a while I would do that if I needed access to a video offline for some reason. Some time recently they have changed how that happens and now the videos are broken up into 1740 KB pieces. I can't now just go into the cache and get the file. I suppose if I get desperate enough I'll figure out how to join the pieces back together or some other solution, but for now I'm just annoyed.
Mostly my user page. There are some customization options, so I've got it looking better than it was. I just haven't been able to figure out how to show my subscribers and subscriptions yet. It's a pain in the neck.
