What would have changed in Seaon 4 episodes if Kes would still be aboard Voyager?

I myself like most characters and would like to have all of them stay. Some might be reduced to reccuring, through. Such as Neelix and Chakotay. They do have good episodes, but do little in other episodes. And Kes and Harry have so much untapped potential.
