From classic who I'd not mind the Ogri and the Fendahl which has potential for real horror with modern effects

Those metal robot things that looked like satellites from I think the 2nd or 3rd Doctor's run? I thought they were kind of cool

It's one of the classic series baddies I would love to see returned, but if they did them right like they were supposed to they would be proper scary, just in the 70s they didn't have the budget to make them really scary

I would also love to see the Boneless and the Fendahl again.

I know this is unpopular opinion but I've always found The Web Planet greatly underrated with an ambitious story that's held back by laughable costuming. As such, I would love to see the Menoptra, Animus, and Zarbi again.

It would be fun to see the Drashigs again, although I would be more curious to see the miniscope and the ideas behind it explored some more.

Of course, I would love to see the Dum and Voc robots again. And just to go for the Chris Boucher trifecta, it would be fun to revisit Xoanon but I'm not sure how that would work.

Even though they were name checked by The Toymaker and how they were cast aside, I would still love to see the return of The White and Black Guardians.

Another unpopular opinion: I would welcome the return of the Sandmen from "Sleep No More." For all of that episode's faults, I found their existence to be terrifying.

I loved that story, mostly because the society they were part of was so interesting. It's one of the stories where you can really imagine that there's a whole society that functions when the Doctor isn't there. I've been wanting to explore Toos' backstory ever since I first saw that story back in the '80s.
