Trying to identity a scene from a shooter game

A scene from a shooter popped into my head the other day and I cannot remember what game it was from and it's bugging me, I think it was a FPS, but it might have been 3rd person. I remember that you had to sneak into a big blueish hotel on a hillside with a forest back behind it. It's starts off at least as a kind of a stealth mission, I remember sneaking out the wood and up the hillside, and then sneaking around the outside of the building to find a way in without being spotted. You then had to go through the building trying either find a specific person you're supposed to kill or steal something from the bad guys. I think there might have also been a lake in front of it, because I might have stolen a boat to escape.
Does this sound familiar to anyone else?

Just for a laugh, I asked ChatGPT which thinks it's from No On Lives Forever 2, and I did play that to the end back in the day but remember nothing myself

Some of your description brought to mind Return to Castle Wolfenstein which had a lot of stealth-type missions in it.
Might help people help you if you can recall what were your primary gaming platforms back in the day.

It was PS4, but I haven't played either of those. At first I thought it might have been Far Cry 5, but when I looked through the locations in the game I couldn't find any that looked like it.

One of the hitman games? Those are 3rd-person games and the kind of scene you describe wouldn't be out of place in those games.

It wasn't Assassin's Creed because it was in the modern day.

Never played any of those.

How about Hitman: The Complete First Season? Never played it (never been a console guy) but it was on a list I read of best PS4 stealth games and the subsequent screenies I saw had a lot of blue in them representing night-time scenes (think sepia photo but blue instead of brown).

More thoughts:
One of the Sniper Elite games. Those tend to have lots of sneaking around, and the description doesn't sound out of place.
The Last of Us. Lots of sneaking around this one too with lots of beautiful scenery even when set in a post-apocalypse. The first game in the series was originally on the PS4 and has since seen remasters of the two games.
Days Gone. Also originally a PS4 game. Zombies in the American midwest, with lots of sneaking around and the main character drives a motorcycle.
