Three incursions...

Just watched Relativity.

First, it’s hilarious knowing the future when the guy from Relativity tells Janeway “Try to avoid time travel.”

More to the point, Braxton refers to three temporal incursions that are Voyager’s responsibility. One is Future’s End, one explicitly refers to Timeless.

Is the third Year Of Hell, or is it an early reference to Endgame? Year of Hell is an obvious candidate but also not Voyager’s fault and already fixed, by Voyager. And also destroying a Voyager in season 5 wouldn’t prevent it.

Did the writers already have a sense the finale would involve a major temporal incursion?

I wonder if Braxton is counting "Future's End" as 2, since he himself showed up there twice.

Of course in my favorite fanfic, the third incursion was one we never learn about until 10 years after Voyager's return to the Alpha Quadrant.

Yeah, but Voyager was, and they refer to it explicitly. (Braxton references the Takara sector, which I googled and is where the planet is they crashed on).

Right, but Braxton's tone and body language implied he was placing the blame on her...

Maybe the first is "TIME AND AGAIN", even though it was fixed by Janeway firing into the beam at the end and was reset.

It would have to be one that wasn't fixed, and it would have to be something big enough to show up on their "scanners" so it must be Endgame.

I really like the actor in this episode(Who plays the Timecop LT). I wish someone more like him would have played "Crewman Daniels." That guy got on my nerves.

Could it be a reference to "EYE OF THE NEEDLE"?

Janeway did give the Romulan the crew's messages, and even though he died years before he would have delivered it, it's possible it was found by someone else or was examined by the Romulan government. If the Romulans thought it accurate enough, they could have sent spies to keep tabs on the various crew's movements over the years, making them privy to things they wouldn't otherwise have known or even bothered to look for. And because so many things might have happened because of that one item, it caused too many ripples for Braxton and them to be able to 'fix'.

There's also the events of "BEFORE AND AFTER". Everything that happened after that episode ended up not happening, so that timeline was not 'fixed'.

If it is a future episode, it could refer to "FURY".

Fury and Endgame are equal candidates. They probably had to fix both, just a matter of which one Braxton was assigned to.

Endgame seems like a stronger candidate because, presumably Janeway, Kes and Tuvok were successful acting like they didn’t know Kes’ fate the whole time. Whereas Endgame changed 20 years of history across two quadrants and made a crippling blow against the Borg. Not to mention Jean Luc Picard’s future.

Given the lack of linearity when it comes to the 29th century, it’s not clear exactly what Braxton was referring to.

Year of Hell, Timeless, Future’s End, were all likely what he was referring to.

But there may have been others.

They may have been incursions he experienced that we didn't. More events thay were undone at the end, or alternate Voyager's causing chaos throughout the multiverse.

What does Braxton even mean by "undoing the damage"? For instance, in Timeless, does the Relativity need to come in and make sure everyone who was affected has the same life? Or is it far reaching effects that change his own era that need to be corrected? And does he need to correct the timeline without changing the change? Kim and Chakotay would always change the past, right? I think I'm getting a headache...

Wait, I thought there have been 4 incursions and the last, Endgame, put things back in place.
