This is a twist on a game that is played here, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Here's the game. The basic idea is your standard elimination game. I'll provide a list of the episodes for each season and you need to eliminate your most favorite or the one you deem the 'best.' Please provide an EXPLANATION for why you are eliminating your choice and be sure to copy and paste the list with your choice removed. Finally, leave at least 2 eliminations by other posters before you eliminate another episode.

No tactical voting! You cannot remove an episode because you feel they would threaten your preferred episode's chance to win. Pretty simple. Enjoy!

I'll get the ball rolling by saving "MINEFIELD". Not only is it a good, tense episode from start to finish, but it was a good Reed showcase. Always been a favorite episode of season 2.

I wonder if this is my least favorite season of any Star Trek show ever produced. I think it might be, nothing worse is coming to mind.

But I do like "Regeneration"! It has it's share of eye-rolling moments -- continuity is saved by the Borg skipping their classic "We are the Borg" intro line for the first time ever! Phlox cures assimilation! -- but on the whole they made it work. That "The Thing" style opening is a blast.

I always hated that the Borg, like the Ferengi, were used in this show.

But the one good thing about this series' use of the Borg was that they made them scary again. Given how they were neutered in VOYAGER, quite an accomplishment.

The Expanse, for being the point where Enterprise started to be something more than just a bunch of people wandering around aimlessly on the frontier.

"DEAD STOP" is next for me. Great premise with the horror vibe, and great execution with Roxann Dawson directing. Back to back great episodes with this and "MINEFIELD". Loved them both.

I'll save Cogentor, which is one of the strongest episodes this season. I love Trip's staunch defence of the Cogenitor, and the sad outcome of everything that goes down. Andreas Katsulus was also very good in one of his last roles.

God, there's a handful on this list I would deem "fine" and the rest I actively dislike. It's already hard to find anything worthy of saving!

I'll go with "The Crossing." I always find something to enjoy in a Trek possession ep. It's an inherently satisfying trope.

I thought The Seventh was pretty good, as it presented some interesting information about T'Pol's past. I wish they hadn't copped out at the end though.

Only T'Pol's pajamas are good enough to pick SHOCKWAVE, PART II , but her speech is also great. Shirtless Hoshi was a little bit cringey, they could do it better. How they bring Archer back was also funny.
