Hmm... originally, Wally was Iris West's nephew, but we've had no indication that she has a brother or sister, let alone one old enough to have a son that age. So maybe they'll make him a cousin instead, i.e. Joe's nephew.

Meanwhile if he's being retroactively introduced, then Wally could have gotten his powers half way through season one.
As long as there isn't a romance between Iris & Wally I am 5x5. 
Cousin does seem pretty likely, but I'm wondering if he might run into him in an alternate universe. Maybe in his universe he's Iris's brother and it's Flash.
They said that there will be multiple new speedsters this season, so I'm thinking if he gets powers during the season, it'll be earlier than that.

They should be able to use Lana over on Supergirl, and then if there's a crossover, they can get squelchy.

As soon as I read your post, I guessed it would be an homage to that cover. Of course that's what these guys would do! But I'm astonished at how completely they recreated it, right down to using the same voice balloons and text box!

I think she's still radioactive from Smallville.
I absolutely love it! It makes the change to Barry's own costume to have the traditional white circle logo perfect timing too. It allows this cover recreation to much closely match the original than if he was wearing last season's suit.
