It's been a few weeks since the guidelines, some are still adjusting to the change and some are still mad, I htought I'd make a list of who will be moving forward and who sadly won't

CONTINUING
Intrepid
Farragut (they're completing their finale, Homecoming, but there will be no movie era show)
Renegades (without Trek)
Isolation (without Trek)
Project Potemkin + sister shows
Yorktown: A Time To Heal
Henglaar MD (audio)
Diplomatic Relations (audio)
Excelsior (audio)
Chance Encounter (short)

SADLY DONE
New Voyages (3 incomplete episodes, they need confirmation as to whether they can finish them)

NOT CLARIFIED
Star Trek Continues (It is believe Ep7 will be screened in September)

I've been keeping tabs here:
http://axamonitor.com/doku.php?id=guidelines_aftermath

Hasn't updated yet with the latest from STC or STNV -- which looks like "cancelled" going by @jamesmc 's "New Voyages is dead" comment this morning

Is there a public confirmation yet about Farragut Forward's status? I've been assuming it's cancelled, but the Farragut FB page has been spooky-quiet.

John Broughton said on Facebook that he's completing Homecoming and ditching Forward for an 'original series'. Ah well.

Also after reading your article, again in the Facebook group John confirms that Yorktown is going to be completed.

Is there a link to John Broughton's statement?

Or a screencap?

I'm looking for the Yorktown statement and can't find it on the public group. Is it in the closed group? Would @Captain Atkin be okay if the show's statement were made public?

Thanks, Danlav.

YORKTOWN:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/yorktownmovie/ - under the 'new guidelines' and my question So is it 'business as usual' for YORKTOWN or are you stil waiting for a few clarifications John? The basic answer is 'Yes'

FARRAGUT under here " Yes, HOMECOMING will be released as intended. It was well publicized that HOMECOMING was our webseries finale, ending TOS (Classic Trek) for us. FARRAGUT FORWARD, the movie-era of Farragut was taking place around ST-THE WRATH OF KHAN and to be the next chapter for us with some new characters, set pieces, costumes, etc. ---- we've tabled that for now since it's our understanding we'd only be able to do a one-off film (no series). I've refocused efforts on an original SCI-FI webseries..."

Starship Valiant: "The Ties That Bind" (Final episode in two parts)
Pacific 201 - "The new fan film guidelines certainly limit exactly how we wanted to tell the Pacific 201 story, but we are committed to making this a virtue for our film. We're confident that Pacific 201 will survive and thrive within these guidelines (even if it's a little shorter and more to-the-point than we intended)!"

Dark Armada
(final episode)
Exeter Trek
Dreadnought Dominion
- "We had already planned to shoot our third episode in October, when the Paramount guidelines were published (Thank you Axanar!) After a lot of thought we have decided to press on and comply with the guidelines". We are considering re-working our script as needed, and shooting episode 3 in the first quarter of 2017.
The Outer Rim (formally called 'Star Trek Anthology') www.exploretheouterrim.com. "The Outer Rim is the destination for the Challenger, an exploration vessel with a hardened crew. Although Anthology, now called 'The Outer Rim' is filing off the serial numbers, they still may make some Star Trek. Here is their statement concerning the fan film 'Assignment Earth':

"Sigh. This is a tough avenue to walk. Many of you have waited patiently for production news specifically about this series, based on a single episode of Star Trek. Changing universes to The Outer Rim does not preclude us from creating fan films in the Star Trek universe, but if we choose to pay tribute to Assignment: Earth, we will have to adhere to very strict guidelines (as of this date, at most two 15-minute episodes, and then pack it up). We currently have one hour-long script. Due to the popularity of our decision to produce Assignment: Earth, we cannot simply push that wonderful script written by William Alexander by the wayside. However, it will need to be tweaked quite a bit to keep all of the amazing story elements intact. A final decision to move forward with this series has not been made."
@Philip Guyott : do you have a link to Resurrection's statement?
Sorry, they deleted their Facebook page and I could no longer find them online. In hindsight this may just be down to them changing the name of their group or something. I have not seen an official statement from them and I may have jumped the gun on this one.

Jimm Johnson will be so disappointed since he'd just decided to do one more Exeter episode...

...I kid!

Well, I can't say I'm surprised that ST:NV and STC are calling it done. They had a good run and we will always have these shows to watch again when we want. (I'm glad CBS/Paramount has decided to allow whats been done to remain

Well, I can't say I'm surprised that ST:NV and STC are calling it done. They had a good run and we will always have these shows to watch again when we want. (I'm glad CBS/Paramount has decided to allow what's been done to remain, very fair of them) But just wanted to say thanks to everyone who has made a fan film and shared it with us.

Any news about Star Trek- Aurora?
Being CGI they may not have to conform to the new guidelines-

Thanks for asking! I do think that Aurora is subject to the new guidelines. That said, where CBS/P said that existing content can stay online, and where John Van Citters sounded quite reasonable about it all, I feel confident that they will allow me--after 4 years of production--to release the conclusion of "Mudd in Your I", since the first 4 of 5 installments were already online before the new guidelines were issued. I am proceeding with the conclusion, and hope to have it out before the end of the summer (or at least by early autumn--animation always takes longer than you think!)

There has been no announcement that STC is done. Recent podcasts interviewing Vic Mignogna and James Kerwin assert Ep. 7 will release as planned and as scheduled Sept. 3rd.

The fact STC had made no announcement whatsoever in regard to plans after Ep. 7's release gives us hope STC will continue at least in some manner. Otherwise I believe we would have heard something by now. There is also the fact they collected enough funds during their last Indiegogo drive to produce a few more episodes beyond #7 so there is hope we will see at least those get produced.

This absolutely makes my day.
