Also my daughter knew of a freind who dated a man in his early thirtys and this man decided this one day to pin her on a couch and do waht he wanted with her.

Double standards says hello. You can't compare an older man raping a teenage girl with a teenage boy who willingly consents (illegal or not) to sex with an older woman.

Sex with a minor cannot be "one way" in that it's okay for women but not men. Either it's acceptable for both or for neither. I think the logical side is it should be for neither. Someone who is older should not be looking for someone so far outside their age to have a relationship.
