I didn't know there was a deck layout for the Discovery. Should we bring up the lack of a turbolift funhouse?
Tell, me which TARDIS door did they hide that TurboLift FunHouse in?
The doorway to the imagination?
There's a large void about eight decks high in the secondary hull and neck called the "Systems Hub," that's apparently where the turbolift funhouse goes. It doesn't look big enough but, well, it never does with Trek ships, does it?

I'm also still inclined to presume that Stamets' lab space was incorporated into the starboard impulse engineering compartments, rather than overlooking a warp core.
