Good, but two things about this one. The high collar was okay for the babe, but this guy has a short neck. The other thing is about the hands. In that pose, you shouldn't see fingers. Try pressing your fist against the palm of your other hand, and you can see that the fingers are hidden, just as if you stood in front of a mirror with fists against your hips, like this guy. So where fists and trousers meet, we should see just a simple knuckle line.

I quite like your style, and I love when people with drawing skills put them in places to give a concrete look to something usually described just by word, I love to see the interpretations that come out.
